Step-by-Step LAT Online Registration Process
Create an Account on HEC ETC Portal
Go to etc.hec.gov.pk. Click 'Sign Up' and register using your CNIC or B-Form number, email address, and mobile number. Make sure to use an active phone number as HEC sends test notifications via SMS.
Complete Your Profile
Log in and fill out your Personal Profile (Name, Father's Name, DOB, Address) and Academic Profile (Matriculation & Intermediate / FA / FSc details). Upload a clear passport-size photo with blue/white background.
Select Law Admission Test (LAT)
Navigate to the 'Active Applications' tab. Select 'Law Admission Test (LAT)' from the list of exams. Choose your preferred examination center (city).
Pay the Application Fee
Generate your 1Bill Consumer ID. Copy the 17-digit Consumer ID and pay via your mobile banking app, ATM, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash under the 1Bill / Bill Payment option.
Submit & Verify Application Status
After payment, verify that your application status shows 'Submitted' in the portal. Keep a digital copy of your paid voucher receipt for your records.

- Double check your CNIC number — errors cannot be corrected after submission.
